AltSocial is a daytime wellness event series built around cold plunges, group fitness, coffee, live DJs, and community. Think of it as a social experience designed to leave you feeling better than when you showed up — not worse.
Our events are alcohol-free by design, not by judgment. We're not anti-alcohol — we just built something that doesn't need it. You'll be surprised how little you miss it.
Not even a little. Every class is beginner-friendly, and nobody's keeping score. Whether you're deep into your fitness journey or just showing up for the first time, you belong here.
Bring workout clothes, a bathing suit if you plan to brave the cold plunge, a towel, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and anything you need for recovery or changing. Most importantly, bring a good attitude.
Nope. The plunge is there if you want it, but there's no pressure. A lot of people come for the classes, the music, and the people — and end up in the tub by their second event.

Group fitness classes are a specific ticket tier listed on the event page. These spots are limited and typically sell out quickly. If you want to participate in a class, be sure to purchase the correct ticket type.

Yes. Parking availability varies by venue. Some locations offer free parking while others may require payment. All parking is at your own discretion and risk.
AltSocial is a rain or shine event. In the case of thunder, lightning, or other dangerous weather conditions, adjustments or cancellations may occur for safety reasons.
All sales are final. No refunds.
AltSocial is an 18 and older event. While we love our furbabies, pets and animals are not permitted.
